Agropharm returns policy We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Agropharm Ltd. There are occasions when you need to return goods to us. Our returns policy for our products sold online is stated below:Faulty goods If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 28 days to inform us of the fault. Upon the goods being returned and verified faulty we will issue a full refund to you or replace with the appropriate products.Goods damaged whilst in transit If your goods were damaged in transit please report it to us within 7 days. If the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back at our warehouse we will issue a full refund or replace with the appropriate products.If you have changed your mind Should you change your mind about your order and wish to return the ordered products please inform us within 10 days from reciept. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Upon informing us of your decision to return the goods you have 28 days to do so at your own expense. Once the cancelled order has been received we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods.
